• Your first payment is taken on the day you subscribe.
• Future payments are taken on the 20th of each month.
• Payments must be received by the 20th to receive the following month’s box.
• Boxes ship in the first week of each month via tracked delivery.

If you subscribe after the 20th, you’ll receive full confirmation of your first shipment date by email.

You can cancel anytime before the next billing date.

Subscriptions are processed on the 20th. If you join after this date, your first box will be scheduled for the following month. You’ll always receive email confirmation with clear details of your first delivery.

Are the items ever repeated?

No. Each month is curated around a new seasonal or timely theme. While the quality and style remain consistent, the contents are always refreshed to keep every delivery feeling special and considered.

Is the subscription a surprise every month?

Yes — that’s part of the experience. While we share glimpses of past boxes so you can see the style and value, the exact contents remain a mystery until they arrive at your door.

Can I gift the subscription to someone else?

Absolutely. Many of our customers choose House of S21 as a thoughtful gift for someone who loves interiors and seasonal styling. You can enter the recipient’s delivery details at checkout.

Can I cancel if I change my mind?

Yes. You can cancel anytime before the next billing date (the 20th of the month). Once a payment has been processed, that month’s box is confirmed and prepared for dispatch.

Why are subscription spaces limited?

House of S21 is curated in intentionally small batches. Limiting numbers allows us to maintain the quality, detail and care that defines every box.

Will you be delivering outside mainland UK?

We currently deliver across mainland UK, with Northern Ireland available at a small additional charge. We are preparing to expand into Europe and the Republic of Ireland and will share updates as soon as this becomes available.
