At House of S21, every order is lovingly prepared and packed with the same care we’d give to a gift for a friend. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your items will be shipped, and the associated costs.
🚚 Processing & Dispatch Times
All non-subscription orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days.
Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on stock and packaging requirements — but you’ll always receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
Subscription boxes are dispatched during the first week of each month. If dispatch is affected by public holidays or other delays, we will notify subscribers in advance.
