At House of S21, every order is lovingly prepared and packed with the same care we’d give to a gift for a friend. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your items will be shipped, and the associated costs.

🚚 Processing & Dispatch Times

All non-subscription orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on stock and packaging requirements — but you’ll always receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Subscription boxes are dispatched during the first week of each month. If dispatch is affected by public holidays or other delays, we will notify subscribers in advance.

💷 Shipping Costs

Non-subscription orders:

  • Rest of the UK: £4.99 (free for orders over £250)

  • Northern Ireland: £5.99 (free for orders over £250)

Subscription boxes:

  • UK: Included in the monthly subscription fee

  • Northern Ireland: £5.99

All shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.

🔍 Order Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking where available.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within the estimated dispatch window, please contact us at houseofs21@outlook.com.

🏡 Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, misdelivered, or arrives damaged, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos if applicable
